 ✔︎ How will I schedule my session?

Once you've completed the Intake Form, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your 4-hour Past Life Regression + Life Between Lives hypnotherapy appointment. Please book as soon as possible to secure your preferred time slot.

 

✔︎ What happens during a session?

During the first 25-30 minutes, I'll ask you some questions, listen to you, and explain the process. It's perfectly alright if, as some of my clients, you're new to hypnosis. I will outline what hypnosis is and what you may experience.

After that, I'll guide you into a profoundly tranquil state of mind. Once in this relaxed mode, I'll keep you engaged through interactive components such as meaningful questions, guided imagery and personalized hypnotic suggestions. We will flow into a journey that is uniquely yours.

Note: Hypnosis is different from talk therapy. Your questions are reviewed and fine-tuned at the outset of your session before hypnosis begins.

Remember to approach your session with an open mind and heart.  

 

✔︎ How do I prepare for my session

You'll receive appointment reminders with your Zoom link for your appointment. 

  • Find a quiet, private place, and tell others you'll be unavailable for one-and-a-half hours. 
  • Make yourself comfortable by reclining or lying down on a couch or bed. If in a chair, ensure you have a neck rest or pillow to support your neck and head.
  • Wear quality headphones with a microphone so that your hypnotherapist may hear you clearly, and for your added privacy.
  • Put your phone and nearby devices on "Do Not Disturb" mode, as well as "Silence Notifications" mode. 
  • This a Zoom audio/video session, so video will be used.
  • Please position your device (laptop, computer, tablet, or smartphone) so that I can see your face and upper body from about the chest up.
  • Make sure your device is fully charged so you stay connected. 

✔︎ What happens right after a session?

You may find you're feeling quite relaxed and "Zen" for some time after your session as you process all that transpired. This is perfectly normal - when possible, remain in that state for approximately an hour to fully absorb the effects of the change work you just did.

If your schedule is busy, transition back to a more energetic state by taking five deep, full, intentional breaths and stretching your arms, legs, and torso. 

Maintain an awareness of your responses, thinking patterns, and decisions as you continue to evolve your mental freedom. You are on the right path!

 

✔︎ Troubleshooting

If your Zoom call drops, simply click on the same Zoom link you used for this session to reconnect. Your hypnotherapist will easily bring you back into hypnosis to continue where you left off. If you have trouble reconnecting on Zoom, email your hypnotherapist at [email protected] for instructions.
